Ffs look at the sleeves!! 🤦♂️
So, picture this: You're about to make the video of a lifetime, one that's going to be seen by millions. Now, here's the kicker: Would you: A) Rock a 7-year-old sweater? B) Go solo, leaving your partner behind? If you answered "No" to either, surprise! You've just been labeled…
Imagine your parent refuses to give consent and in later life you get cervical cancer. Would you forgive them? Imagine you are a young person on the at risk register/safeguarding concerns and your parent doesn’t care and/or is unable to consent
My school's #HPV letter for a 12 year old... This chilling mission creep re. kids being allowed to make decisions about the drugs they take is wrong, dangerous and unethical. It is undermining the authority of parents and the essence of family. Plus I very much doubt that any…

Says Steve who meanwhile makes money from selling a range of supplements and slimming aids which surely you shouldn’t need right, if eating real food?? primalliving.com/en-gb/product/…
The new definition of madness, you now inject yourself daily, for life with expensive drugs to lose weight. So now you can daily eat crap food, still get sick but not fat. Fake food companies win, big pharma win, but you die young but slender. Pls stop this madness.
It’s worrying that a practising surgeon doesn’t seem to have the wherewithal to check information for authenticity before sharing fake news with the public reuters.com/article/uk-fac…
I'm just a simple guy, so please explain. Why were countries importing COVID 19 test kits, in, wait for it, 2017? Did I miss the memo? web.archive.org/web/2020090521…
A simple guy you say. A quick google…. reuters.com/article/uk-fac…

Says someone who regularly cites the Daily Mail 🤦
It's so easy to spot people who watch and/or read the news.
What if said people you educate are unable to access town markets or shop late in day due to job/caring for others/shift working?
Home chef, as if! I work with people on food bank food and educate them about buying late in the day therefore cheaper from town markets. Do you research, totally unnecessary tweet
Some say quacks. I say cliques. There are some very divisive and unpleasant people in this line up. They can intimidate others not in the clique. There’s lots of talk about why low carb struggles to become mainstream. The people and their behaviour is one of them.
Tickets are now available for Low Carb All Stars 2021, a two day online conference featuring a stellar cast of presenters. Scheduled for June 19th-20th, live Q+A sessions will also be held in three time zones - it doesn't matter where you are. buytickets.at/lowcarballstar…
PhD nutrition ‘expert’ mutant variant to become immunology expert. Grifters adapt to survive; it’s what they do.
So what’s the alternative and is that evidence based?
🙏🙏🙏 Let’s end this non evidence based lockdown nonsense ASAP
All agree UPF not good for long term health. If well informed pt chooses a shake type intervention over LC would the risk of the UPF nature of the shakes for 12 weeks be greater than maintaining status quo? @grahamsphillips @lowcarbGP @CampbellMurdoch
Any thoughts @grahamsphillips I’m interested in challenging perceptions that some hold regarding the low carb community. Whether choice and flexibility are embraced?
Qs for you Graham if you don’t mind: 1. If a well informed pt wanted to do shakes type programme would you try and put them off? 2. Do you think low carb/keto should be ONLY option? 3. What do you hope to achieve by criticising other’s research and is it working? Tks
Who’s ‘goading’ who? Good question. This thread aside, some are serial (or should I say ‘cereal’) ‘goaders’. The irony is I actually AGREE with a lot of their points but I DON’T AGREE with their methodology. In the wise words of the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg:
Unfortunately " goading " to a dietician usually means - any evidence ( anecdotal or not ) that carbs are inessential, that the Eatwell plate is nonsense or that the best dietary strategy for t2 is one that doesnt raise insulin. AND donuts are NOT heaven sent treats for anyone
Fellow dietitians @RDValerie is saying that RDs are ALWAYS cautioning against high protein diets. Is this true? Or an unfair generalisation?
