Air India is worst & insensitive to travellers. In 2022 my dtr bkd Air India flight from Newark to Bangalore to be with mother in death bed, hours to spare. AIndia rescheduled a/n flight to late night. She had to come back Lufthansa. She saw mother’s dead body, shattered at heart
