Ozzy had his 3rd blocked bladder in 2 months. He's got pancreatitis, cystitis, acute kidney injury and a UTI. He now needs surgery to urinate without the catheter. Any help with funding the surgery would be really appreciated! Details on link below gofund.me/c2e8497c

Hi @HeathrowAirport following the refusal of staff to assist me this morning on booked assistance simply because I politely declined to go in a wheelchair (I’m not a wheelchair user), how can I register a complaint? I would very much like to speak to a human about what happened.
