I’m a QHHT Practitioner in hypnosis for 3 yrs. I am trained under Dolores Cannon’s program Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. I was drawn to Cannon’s work when I went through a very accelerated spiritual awakening in 2017. It’s been an accelerated ride every since.
A gentle way to start your day is taking 5-10 min sitting with self, eyes shut, relaxing, breathing & smiling through your body & organs starting at your crown chakra down to the root chakra. A great practice to balance your nervous system.
Do you know how powerful you are?! Don’t sleep on yourself. Will power, to evolve and to create.
Confidently living your authentic self can be intimidating to some and even cause conflict. If you find yourself having to compromise your authenticity, know there are other options & opportunities out there you can draw in. I keep closing doors and the new doors always provide.
Abundance is having loved ones that truly get you and stimulate the deepest aspects within you.

The awakening process has many phases. Many towers moments. The new age mainstream boom has a lot of disinformation, it’s a true bootcamp of using your best tool, your intuition. The next stages of removing the veil. Don’t get too comfortable, be open, it’s a humbling experience.
Intuition can be a useful compass on our journey through life. What if we tried trusting what we feel before trusting what is projected from others?
I prefer "critical thinker" over conspiracy theorist.
