There’s never been a better time to get into hardware development. You don’t need to know everything anymore to build hardware, you just need to be smart, curious, and have a clear idea.
The first AI hardware engineering intern is here. ⚡️ Until now, Flux could handle one-off tasks; add a part here, wire a trace there. Now, it can plan, decide, and execute full design cycles. Researching parts, wiring schematics, placing, routing, and checking as it goes.…
This is cool. I wish I was a teenager again to go back to old projects and build, but with AI like this and inexpensive hardware delivered in days to iterate on design. My @8VC colleagues and I are building a secret hardware project using Flux for the electronics. Coming soon.

Peer reviewing every PR is obsolete. If you use AI to code (and do it well), you’re now drowning in code reviews. At Flux, we flipped the script. Pre-merge peer review is the exception now. Every merged PR gets ranked and the riskiest ones go in a ranked post-merge review queue.
Free speech! Except for posting about @elonmusk’s private jet, some flavors of journalism, or links to “competitors”. Ideals, schmideals. Yes, I know the last one was insta-reversed, but the fact that the company was capable of making the decision in the first place. 🤦♂️
F yes! Rousseau and the @Threads team are some of the very few people I trust to get this right. Can’t wait to take this for a spin! I’m so tired of Slack!
Introducing Threads, a Slack replacement designed for makers.
whoops I'm back! someone hacked into my account here, but thanks to a good friend at Twitter, I got back in today :)
If like many you‘re suddenly figuring out how to work well remotely, check out @threads! They just launched. I’ve used pre-release versions and it’s a great product to help distributed teams work smoothly and decisively.
1/ Today, we are making @Threads—a platform to help teams share, discuss, & make decisions no matter where they are—available to everyone. In an effort to help others transition to remote work, we've also made our plans free until July 1st. Sign up now: threads.com

Thx @StuFFmc and good catch, haven't really updated my profile in a while… I suppose a birthday is as good an excuse as any.

Path's really impressive, but LFC (Little Floating Clock) has got to go, seriously. I have the hardest time looking at anything else.
