TAVI is obviously the correct option. It also helps to distinguish from tAVR (= tissue AVR).
What it is the right expression: TAVI or TAVR? It is clearly TAVI = transcatheter aortic valve implantation, transcatheter aortic valve replacement is the wrong word, the native valve remains, is not replaced as in SAVR, it is squeezed between the valve and the aortic wall.
