No se entiende como alguien que fue directora del OIJ demuestra tanto desconocimiento respecto a la lógica y principios que tutelan al Poder Judicial. Reducir el mandato de un magistrado es lo que hicieron en los 90s en Centroamérica para coptar a la Justicia. Un disparate.
Eliminar la reelección automática de Magistrados del Poder Judicial y establecer un límite a su reelección para que sea por una única vez, y por un período de 4 años. Son reformas que impulsaremos para promover la alternancia en el poder y fortalecer la democracia.
