Do people really not look at UK odds at a place like @oddschecker for big days like the BC? Yes morning lines are off, but big days have a solid book price available a day+ in advance.

If you want to essentially promote offshore bookmakers giving full payouts/odds on parimutel wagers, this is an outstanding reason to not bet into parimutuel pools. A bet can’t pay $50k when the pool is $3405. @Epo13 @Equibase
The @PrairieMeadows graphic showed ~$150k in new money in the pick 5 force when nearly all the horses were in the gate. In reality it was closer to $369k. Last flash to $852k new money. I have no idea who funded the carryover pool, but it’s absurd how much power CRWs have.
