Nobody wants to build other's dreams, we all want to build our dreams and there is no better way to do it than to work on our own goals. This is one of the keys of #MOTIVATION. Not only students need to be flexible, but to develop #AUTONOMY and #RESPONSIBILITY for their learning.
What is your role as a #teacher in the #SMART setting goal process? #Support #students to set challenging but achievable goals because if they are too difficult they can get frustrated and if they are too easy they will get bored.
