Lane's discovered fan fiction & we were discussing while out for a walk. I asked her about her faves & tried to explain tropes & she said "I like it when the characters don't like each other & then fall in love" & I'm like 🥺 b/c just like me, she likes enemies to lovers! 😅😆🙈
Was just out on a walk with Lane and two birds flew overhead as Lane was telling a story about birds. Because of the perfect timing she shouted "Thank you Mr & Mrs Bird!" Then immediately corrected herself & shouted "Or Mr. and Mr. Bird or Mrs and Mrs Bird! Thank you Birds!!!" 🥺
Will be 2 weeks post vaccine tomorrow (🙌🏻) and actually have been feeling the pull of my sewing machine lately. 😅 Might even venture into the outside world and be creative again soon.
I've officially made Lane a Bee Gees fan like me. Now I must complete her education and instill a love of Duran Duran in her.
