Here's an idea there are 1.3 million #NHSworkers with front line staff needing compensation that is fair. Rather than give a low percentage because of the expense. Why not give 10 % but cap the total payout to £5k a year. Then top management don't get the disproportionate rise??

Ofcom has launched an investigation after it received more than 41,000 complaints about remarks made by Piers Morgan about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
So #piersmorgan has quit @GMB it had to happen after his aggressive bullying of #MeganMarkle. He was backtracking today re mental health issue but it was just posturing!
