All across America, college students are out drinking and partying with no worries in the world. These @WestPoint_USMA college students are training to defend America by hiking 18.6 miles with a 35 lb. backpack in the freezing rain to build stamina, grit, and perseverance.
If headed to the beach this weekend, expect above normal surf and a higher risk of rip currents. Swim near a lifeguard and away from rocks, jetties and piers. Don`t swim at the eastern or western tips of Galveston Island. Currents are always dangerous there.
