My Galaxy S24 Ultra had severe (sea) water damage, and even tho this isn't typically covered by warranty. They replaced the screen, battery, motherboard, cameras ... essentially, I got a new phone at no cost. Huge thanks to the team at @SamsungNL for going above and beyond 👏
While @Samsung / @SamsungNL advertise their devices as "water resistant" (IP68), my Galaxy S24 Ultra died after 30s in shallow water. Warranty claim was denied for "water damage." Why encourage folks to go into water with €1500 devices if they’re not actually water resistant?🤷♂️
