We always felt that as consumers of our favourite fashion brands, there was a level of intimacy missing. We wanted our loyalty to the brand to be recognised, fun and more engaging. So we started building Bind.

Retail is an interesting place to test with NFTs: - you can have a 360 view of your customer (by integrating other data points - boost customer engagement + new channel - rewards can have a positive cash flow impact
