Worse part? I went back to the airport to check with their ground staff and they denied to the point where they indirectly blamed that the customer never had the package. So this actually concerns me where a gift in a box in a branded brown paper bag just vanishes. @IndiGo6E 3/3
..so I forgot the gift in flight of @IndiGo6E and there was literally 0 ways to contact them (all numbers are unserviceable, their live chat system queuing is a scam and whatsapp number doesnt have the feature of checking anything apart from thr flight status or web check in 2/3
A truly disappointing and triggering issue. Yesterday I traveled via @IndiGo6E 6E6431 BLR to NAG. 1st, their systems crashed in the BLR airport, yet they pulled through. 2nd, the flight for delayed by almost 1hr. 3rd, I forgot a gift (a Starbucks cup)...1/2 #indigo #grievance #6E

There is no transparency in your queueing algorithm. My friend started at around 20k and by the time she reached at 11k the tickets were already sold out. For a stadium with 55k seating and 3k standing capacity, how are the tickets getting sold out to only 9k people? #suchAScam
