Thank goodness for @Klarna - the amount of times I’ve had wrong orders or deliveries not turn up, and I’ve never had to wait on a refund because I’ve paid by Klarna. It helps keep my blood pressure down when dealing with incompetence knowing they won’t get their money!

Does anyone have a @boohoo @boohoo_cshelp complaints email? DM’d several times asking for help and they’ve been so unhelpful it’s unreal. I’d just like to be able to speak to someone who can perhaps help me either get my parcel or a refund?


So @boohoo_cshelp just told me my refund failed, but they didn’t notify me? Sounds a bit suspish. Clearly they’re better at taking money than refunding it. Not a happy bunny!

Disappointing service from @inthestyleUK . Was told they’d sent me a shipment email with tracking details, which was a lie. Ordered nearly a week ago and still haven’t received a dispatch email. Customer service are incompetent. Avoid!


Aw we all know what this means, don’t we? @Hermesparcels are the worst delivery service ever. Last time they’d “damaged it beyond all repair” and it took me ages to get sorted. #justtellmeyouvelostit #thishappensallthetime #badcustomerservice #missingparcel #dissatsfiedcustomer

Why does my @Klarna always get rejected on Black Friday yet it works every other month? All paid up, nothing on my account, and no late payments. Disappointed!

Aw well @Morrisons have lost a customer tonight thanks to their abysmal service. If @Tesco can contact customers about delays, surely their competitors can too. Customer service is especially important just now and Morrison’s fell incredibly short. #badcustomerservice

Bad show @Morrisons tonight. My elderly auntie’s first food shop delivery is an hour late. No text call or email to explain, and she’s having a panic attack worried she’ll not have food this week. Quick enough to take her money but not to ensure good customer service.
