Never use @CitizensBank They clearly don't care about their customers and will continue to harass them for their own mistakes.
It's been 3 months since @CitizensBank put a fraudulent charge on my account. They know it's fraudulent but can't seem to remove it. If they can't fix this, why should I trust them with my money???
Nobody should ever use @CitizensBank I opened an account in February. 2 weeks later they put a fraudulent charge on my account, and now they are calling every couple days to collect on it. @CitizensBank has cost me a lot of time and aggravation.
