Hi @ScotRail, how about you update platform screens from “Delayed” to inform passengers train is going somewhere. Employee shouting from the other end of the platform isn’t the solution. App also didn’t change from “Delayed” until train had departed as shown in attached.

Hi Andrew, from Dec 10, the 0658 from Dunblane to Edinburgh won't call at as many stations along the route, it won't call at Linlithgow or Polmont, meaning more space for others on board our longer trains. ^CT
Hi @ScotRail, good to see a sign @ Polmont this morning saying “get your new timetables here”. No sign of Edi-Stirling timetables though! You’re still not adequately informing passengers of the severe changes to services & it’s looking suspiciously intentional now 🤔
Hi @scotrail, have you done any analysis on the environmental impact of commuters switching to cars because of the scrapping of direct services from Linlithgow, Polmont & Larbert to Stirling? It will be faster to travel by car from Polmont to Stirling #green
