Realty Income (Ticker $O) is the largest net-lease REIT, but 75% of their RE portfolio is retail (includes office). $O only has a dividend yield of 5% because many tenants can't pay their rent. This stock is a dog...price $60 will go lower until div yield hits 6%. Target $50
Why is the DOJ giving Hunter Biden a plea agreement at all? Does the US attorney think they would not win the case? In our adversarial system of justice, the prosecutor is supposed to try to win. Allow Hunter Biden a fair trial, with mutual discovery, and let the chips fall.

You don't really care if Hunter Biden does coke, bangs hookers consensually, or gets paid for his political connections. However, you care if he was improper with young girls (human trafficking) and you really care if he profited from embezzlement and selling out US interests.
Flying from Vienna Austria to Lisbon Portugal today...ticket only costs $64 for a 3 hour flight...I'm not sure that even covers my share of the fuel...seems like a bargain. On the other hand, this is my view.

Everyone in 2022 was wrong about a hard landing in 23. Everyone in 2023 will be wrong about a soft landing in 24. That’s how this works. Excess Covid savings will be depleted Dec 2023. At the same time, student loan deferred repayments will remove $9 billion spending/month.
In Niger, the Minister of Finance has been given 48 hours to explain to the military where the countries missing money went from corruption...or the military will execute by firing squad. Should this be the standard in the US?
