The org I used to work at before joining Microsoft required every app they on boarded to go through a security review. This included details about the apps data storage, encryption, dev practices etc. They also paid for app pen tests. I used to think all enterprises did this
For each OAuth app approved in Entra ID, is it reasonable to require the vendor provide evidence of that app’s tenant and development security? If so, what evidence would you expect? If not, why? I imagine it may be hard to manage, achieve support, and resource (time).
