Going to tried a timer lock box to help reduce screen time which is bad for the nervous system


After the initial build up of stress that started my CFS it was the illness loop and severe fear of symptoms that kept me plateaued for years. Learning to be conscious of this loop and to re-frame perception of symptoms allowed me to improve substantially

ME/ CFS is most simply described as a survival response from our autonomic nervous system to protect us in response to stress. This response causes a plethora of real physical symptoms


Great thread

This isn't about thinking positive I’d like to clear something up. Some people think what we teach is just “think positive and you’ll get better.” Like you can just change your mindset and magically go from bedridden to running marathons. That’s not what this is. At all.
