I felt tired halfway through again today. But it can’t have been due to no breakfast like I thought before, because I’d had breakfast and lunch beforehand. Must just still have had muscle fatigue from my walk yesterday. Which is good! Shows it’s working!

I decided to increase the distance again today to 4 miles. Worked out pretty perfect too so I was quite impressed with myself. I bought some new trainers on sale the other day. Glad I took my old ones along though because I had to change them halfway through! #blisters

Lunch: Chicken Tikka Massala and Rice w/ Garlic and Corriander Naan bread.


Lunch: Pasta bake (no cheese) w/ Ready Salted Crisps.


Breakfast: Bite sized Shredded Wheat w/ Semi-skimmed Milk.

I struggled with the last mile or so - I felt my energy was low. I had a smaller breakfast than I did yesterday. I may take a banana with me next time.
