Are you sure it’s not more likely the VR damaged your eyes into being less sensitive more so than it removing the floaters? Though the latter that it is potentially physically destroying proteins/cells in your eyes doesn’t bode well either.

Easy, small screen with menu for odd settings. Physical buttons for things use multiple times per trip. Windows, temp, fans, all radio buttons etc. all used constantly while driving. Btw this tweet is ridiculous, you could easily find the button after driving in this thing twice
Consumers are demanding so many features in modern cars that it would be almost impossible to have a physical button for everything. Car maker Ineos tried this with their 2024 Grenadier and ended up like a 747 cockpit. Good luck finding the button you want while driving.
