Pt 3. This is what I see every time, a truly disempowered support center who aren’t supported in finding solutions. They believe their only option is the process and cannot think laterally to find resolutions. @facebook #workculture #collaboration
Pt 2. taking 2 days with no fix. I’ve completed multiple feedback forms with no response and had zero proactivitiy from agents to SOLVE. As a paid customer your service is disgraceful, get your people to FIX problems and not treat customers like 3rd class citizens. @facebook
Pt 1. An official compliant for @facebook’s shocking service. I’ve an ads account that keeps disabling every time an ad is changed. I’ve raised case after case without a single response, I’m on my 20th chat session with no one offering fixes, only requests to re-enable.
