This time last year @scottfaubs and @jwardy21 teamed up for an epic workout! They did 20 miles alternating at 5:00 & 6:00-6:10 and ended up averaging 5:35s for 20 miles. It’s one of our favorite chapters of the book!

This time last year @scottfaubs was just starting his training segment for the New York City Marathon. The segment started like most segments do- with some underwhelming fartleks and short marathon pace workouts. From those introductory workouts the segment blossomed!

About a year ago @scottfaubs called @BenRosario1 with an idea for a book. That call led to @insideamarathon. It’s been a journey that has taken them from Flagstaff to Cape Cod to England to New York to a bunch of other cities. It’s been a fun ride!
