Looking at my race photo earlier, I realised that it's one of the few photos that show some of my scars. 30 years ago I had a motorcycle accident. Doctors said I'd never walk without a limb, never mind run. I count my blessings every day for being able to run, no matter how slow.

This was a good week training wise, the first time in years, decades really, i managed to do 4 strength workouts. Full body Monday, the vanity session (aka arms day) Wednesday, upper Friday, lower today. Feels good to be progressing from the 3 day p/w schedule to 4. Onwards.
The timeline today reminded me of this gem… this app can be horrible but it’s content like this that makes it all so worth while 👌
