Facts! Don't have to have a relationship with reporters to give them a call. Many *new* PR people today don't feel comfortable talking on the phone. If that's you, set goals for yourself to start making 5 PR calls a month. Then, measure the change it's made in your PR results!
I will never understand why Gmail for Android doesn't default to showing all inboxes. It's a small annoyance made worth by the fact that Gmail for iPhone doesn't have this problem.
