It’s counterintuitive, but if you want to solve a big complex problem, our instinct is to think a bigger team can get it done. Often times it’s the opposite, you actually need a *smaller* team. There’s unique power to a focused small team to get the wheels back turning fast.

One of my favorite Slack channels are jam channels. Every team should have a jam channel with designers, engineers, partner teams, etc. Infinite value to sharing great examples, jamming on new concepts, and getting early feedback within minutes.

One of the biggest challenges in building AI into existing UI is moving customer behavior to that new chat-based interface. Slack has that already & could become a default UI for many agents. Surprising that SF isn’t making a bigger deal about this. Even more than Agentforce.

Slack might end up being the big winner in the AI agent race Based on conversations with dozens of post series A AI founders recently, it’s clear that one of the emerging hubs for human in the loop decisioning around different agents is going to be slack.

If you’re presenting to your manager, leadership team, or an executive to try and convince them to make a decision, I have a presentation format for you to follow. It's battle tested so you get to avoid my earlier mistakes. 1️⃣ Start with the conclusion. I used to think TED…

“Isn’t it weird that we’re not being applauded for pausing a genocide by people who oppose genocide and realize that the damage we’ve done to millions of families is permanent?” The delusion it takes to think this way is to be taught by scholars for decades from now.

I would have expected the streets of European capitals and campuses around the world to burst with joy for the end of what they claimed is “Genocide”. Might it be that their goal was never to secure Palestinian lives, but to destroy Israel?

May these children no nothing but peace and joy from now on.

Dancing in joy, Gaza’s children celebrate the long-awaited ceasefire.
