earlier this year, we launched the first agent monitoring platform now, we are used by some of the fastest growing ai companies (@replit, @framer, @speak, @clay) and just raised a $15m seed round

it now takes Apple longer to approve your app than it did for you to build it

New App: Ceremony - Find Matcha in NYC. Designed and built this in about 1 hour, but it took 2 days to get approved by Apple. No server, all local data (for now), no images (yet). Get the TestFlight and follow for updates.

This is incredibly cool. Anthropic, OpenAI, and MCP-UI all working together on a common MCP Apps standard. This is going to be huge. blog.modelcontextprotocol.io/posts/2025-11-…

this is the way

Always be on Do Not Disturb with emergency bypass on. Nothing is that urgent. 99% of notifications should be default off anyways.

in chatting with small teams recently, their lightweight process has been inspiring - little to no meetings, generally just a Monday sync to kick the week off - little to no tracking in tools, often a shared living doc that says who’s doing what

it’s @wabi

what Instagram did for photos (mobile, social, status, culture) [product that doesn’t exist yet] will do for software

stealth is no longer viable in this attention economy it’s a cope for a lack of confidence or inability to execute

We backed @jsngr's prev co (acq. by Figma). We also backed his second co, Mainframe. They're building something new and want to get feedback from small teams (<10 people). DM Jordan if you're keen to share. :)

we're sad to move on from Cobot, but excited for what's to come as we keep on building I shared this note with our investors:

As of today, we’re announcing that we’re winding Cobot down to focus on what’s next. blog.mainfra.me/p/sunset

we're exploring something @mainframe to help small teams. if you're at a <10 person company and down to chat with @jsngr and i about how you work... let me know :) you'll get our eternal gratitude and beta access down the road.

great design in a product shows your users that you care and if you sweat those details, you’re likely to care in other places too
