14 months ago I had to evacuate from Oxford High Schol when a fifteen year old opened fire and killed four of my classmates and injured seven more. Tonight, I am sitting under my desk at Michigan State Univeristy, once again texting everyone “I love you” When will this end?

Candace Owens claims women are a "distraction" in the workplace: "Things have gotten worse at work since women joined. Since women joined the workforce, I think that men are having to deal with all these landmines everywhere"
“Every MLK Day we are treated to a bevy of pieces about the actual scope and radicalism of King’s views, apparent in even his most celebrated speech. What I want to suggest is, what if we could just ignore all of that and celebrate the pretend King who makes me feel good?”
Every MLK Day we are treated to a bevy of thinkpieces on how the only way to achieve MLK's dream is to embrace group redistributionism and racial discrimination. MLK may have made such arguments in 1968, but that simply isn't the dream or the pathway we celebrate him for.

Ideal use of the ✔️ exploit; can't wait to see more. Reminds me of the group "Yes Men" getting media coverage posing as companies doing bad things & either apologize or promise to do the right thing going forward, forcing real companies to go public and say "no, we're still bad".
Let's be clear. Eli Lilly should apologize for increasing the price of insulin by over 1,200% since 1996 to $275 while it costs less than $10 to manufacture. The inventors of insulin sold their patents in 1923 for $1 to save lives, not to make Eli Lilly's CEO obscenely rich.

Picked up my sons from school and stopped to get gas, invited them to get out of the car and learn how to do it. Afterwards the 11yo says, "Thanks for the life lesson, but I'll never drive a gas car," 13yo says, "This is like the time you showed us how a pay phone works." 😂

Sending people to jail for possessing marijuana has upended too many lives – for conduct that is legal in many states. That’s before you address the clear racial disparities around prosecution and conviction. Today, we begin to right these wrongs.
