First of all, I appreciate Design Cuts being transparent and addressing the issue. However, them saying that they've been struggling for the past 3 years, and them not giving us a heads up about closing shop until the day of their actual closing is outrageous. (1/2)

Yep, I was told it wasn't worth studying when I first started looking into languages. I'm glad I ignored them, because I would have never made it to a senior web dev position without it haha.
Just remember that when people say things like: - "PHP is dead" - "PhP dOeSnT sCaLe" - "PHP is full of problems, use JS" ...and other nonsense... One of the world's biggest websites is going into 2024 STILL using PHP 🙃
