This was tricky good: 443. String Compression. I tried a HashMap for elements and occurrences, but it failed. I then used a new array to update the original, which worked, but the runtime was poor. Finally, I compressed the original in place, and voila! #LeetCode #javascript #DSA

Just solved a medium LeetCode problem. A fairly simple one actually. I feel quite great my intuition and approach actually worked, it was an "Eureka" moment, I had to make a public submission of my solution. Try it: leetcode.com/problems/small… #leetcode #365daysleetcode #algorithms
