Youtube is the most difficult space to find a good mentor to scale even harder. Scaling to 10/20/50k isn’t hard. But if you want to go to 500k/1M a month you definitely need a mentor who is doing these numbers already.

Sometimes when a channel doesn’t perform like it used to, I believe it is better to reduce upload frequency (unless you upload 1 video a day). Keep uploading 3-5 videos a day doesn’t makes sense if you don’t know what is working well for your channel.
