Claude Haiku 4.5 is complete dog crap for following rules & system prompts, the GPT-5 family (including gpt-5/5.1 and gpt-5-mini) are another level entirely. Even gemini-flash-latest outperforms claude-haiku-4-5 for following rules. Agree?
