This is closer to what it should be. Lets companies vet out potential candidates to an extent, but also compensates the applicants for their time as the process at some places can often roll into the excessive.
I think it’d be cool if people got paid for the interview process. Like, if a company wants to push someone along for hours of meetings and design exercises for weeks/months, at least pay them for their time? Maybe helps companies be more selective in who they interview.
Love this so much. If success means losing my wife and having my kids not know me, then I don't want that kind of success.
We'd all be better off if we always interacted with others in this mindset. Don't miss out on the opportunity to learn from others, especially those you don't think you can learn anything from.
We can learn something from everyone. I invite you to adopt the mindset that you can be taught by anyone. If we are willing and humble, the Lord will give us more opportunities to learn and grow.
Truer words were never spoken
Emojis are a language in and of itself. It works because we can recognize them and their intended meaning quickly. If we are throwing around new emojis constantly, it's going to take added time and effort to interpret meaning.
