Today I practiced string concatenation. Yesterday, I watched The Secrets of Dumbledore ✨
Today I learned how to modify existing values in the variable.
Apparently you can write your code without semi colons? 🙃 because of semi colon insertion? Intriguing. Console.log(“hello world”)
Val comp has been down since last night. Can’t help but think how hard the dev team is working to fix it haha
Today I did some js on fcc. I forgot how nice that guitar strum sounded like. Hahah~
JavaScript provides cleverness. I like that eloquent js. Nicely said.
there’s 2 different techniques maybe 3 but it’s not very desirable to use… so I’m thinking just 2 techniques to add html. dom manipulation and the innerHTML property… but I must watch a video to understand the difference lol
Started learning about DOM and learned how to access elements on a webpage by inspecting it and changing the value of the element. google search to look it up
I’m back coders. I’m going to stop doing #100DaysOfCode challenge, it was a good attempt. Reflecting, I took a pause on JavaScript but I’m going to go tackle it once again.
Day 76 of #100DaysOfCode Worked on the gallery section and the forms section on the construction website.
Today I got a pedicure, watched one of my student’s soccer game and did yoga. It was a break kind of day.
Hey @DailyDevTips1 thanks for the reel inspo today - love these, shame you don’t have an IG account so I could tag you 😬
Day 74 of #100DaysOfCode Oh gosh, I’m working later and later due to report cards coming up and parent teacher conferences and awards 😅 but!! I managed to learn a tad of JS and how to use the $ and the shorthand character class \w
Day 73 of #100DaysOfCode Had a busy day at work 😵💫 but still managed to make the nav bar snazzier 👏👏
Day 72 of #100DaysOfCode Worked a little more on my construction website. I think I’ll make the nav bar a little more snazzier but not too snazzy but snazzy enough.
Day 71 of #100DaysOfCode Today I linked my css to my html (thanks fav!!!) and I downloaded the live server extension (thanks pato!!) and I’m adjusting my css with the help of some recommendations from fav 😊 the transition from codepen to vsc is wow 🤯 hahaaha
