Happy to share our new preprint biorxiv.org/content/10.110… and the released R package CORAL github.com/YongjieLin1998… about how a simple 'clonal' barcode can improve the sc-seq pre-processing step. (0/13)
I keep seeing expressed genetic barcodes going more and more into preclinical studies… Exciting times!!! cell.com/cell-stem-cell…

It's weird to see any assumption may be not so true when checking the 'lineage' groundtruth.
Our paper, now out in @PLOSCompBiol, shows that the widely held assumption in #cancer - increasing drug changes cellular birth/death rates, may not be true! Important implications for timing cell fate decisions and interpreting barcode diversity changes. tinyurl.com/mrydz4rf
Cool sea, cool community and cool science. So glad to be in the #EMBO lineage tracing workshop to see everyone discussing with each other.
Epimutations on DNA methylation is a powerful way for non-invasive lineage tracing in humans, as demonstrated by two @Nature and one @naturemethods this year alone. Interested in the history behind this idea? Checkout our review at onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/qu… 1/4
