Back to A Day in the Life of @MarkElms3: 10am: My first job @HuangLabICR is to fix a plate of #Sarcoma cells that have been growing for several weeks. Following this, the cells are stained with a dye that binds to DNA enabling us to visualise sarcoma cells under the microscope.
