Want to spot the top 1% of SDRs in your candidate pool? Hear from top sales leaders about which traits predict SDR success: loopsupport.com/post/what-trai… #sales #salesrecruiting #SDR
Great SDRs don't say the right things. They ask the right questions.
what interview questions do you ask to identify competitive SDR candidates?
not-so-spicy take: SDR/BDR roles shouldn't require a college degree
every 30 seconds, an SDR somewhere hears "now's not a good time"
VPs of Sales: ❌ Mistake: Having all reps listen to 1 person's sales call. 🟢 Correction: Tell your reps to bring deals, objections, and/or talk tracks that they need help with.
What are the most important things to look for when hiring an SDR? Sales Development leader Darryl Bassett at TrainYo and Blinkist weighs in:
Asking the RIGHT questions during the interview process can help you identify the best candidates for the job. sbee.link/tm8avr6xyk #InterviewTips #SDRs
Companies are so reliant on individual sales reps for their knowledge of a potential customer's business and priorities. If a rep leaves, focuses on other accounts, or just doesn't know how to research effectively, a company misses or loses that insight.
Hiring manager: We loved this candidate, but we'd like to see one or two more to compare By the time you source & interview those 1 or 2 more, chances are your first candidate will be off the market. If you like someone, just make the decision.
We were curious about the costs and impacts of hiring the wrong SDR (and how to avoid this!), so we asked sales experts to weigh in: #sdr #sales #experts #hiring #talentacquisition #bizdev loopsupport.com/post/what-happ…
