Have wonderful week fitness family! I’m really proud of myself for not drinking at all this weekend. I ate super healthy(small portions) and exercised :)
Happy Friday fitness family! Life has happened I am back in action again. I went walking for 1 hour today. Ate 3 eggs and 3 slices of thin ham. Drank my veggie juice. I cut out drinking alcohol since Sunday. I’m trying to be brave this weekend by not drinking.

I’m going through a divorce and I’m just so ready to move on with my life y’all. The anticipation with my move and the final divorce...
It looks like I’ll be working from home longer. Sometimes I don’t even know what day it is. I’m trying to get into a schedule.
So I’m not going to the gym even though it’s open. Just because I don’t know how it will be like or if I have to constantly be waiting for a machine to use or waiting in line bc only so many people can be in the gym. I don’t want to deal with the hassle.
So I move in exactly 2 weeks. I’m so anxious. I just want to fast forward time. I hate the anticipation. Good thing is that I know where I’m going to live. I use to feel really attach to my house now I’m just waiting to give the keys to the new owners. Im ready more than ever.
I’m soooo ready for pooolll weather. I need a pool lol I hate that I have to drive all the way to my friends to go.
Today I did a quick jog for 30 minutes I don’t know how long distance . I forgot to charge my Fitbit. Then did 30 minutes full body workout. It was nice weather for it too very muggy it made me sweat a lot.
