Hockey was a huge part of my life growing up, and I am proud to have joined @h_richardson8 and @EmilyDefroand for the launch of @hockeyfuturesuk, a charity aiming to get children into hockey. Good luck in the Women’s World Cup @EnglandHockey #HWC2018 hockeyfutures.org

The quieter Leisel tries to be, the louder she is. #toddler

2yo: Momma, can we dance to T. Swift please? Me: why yes, yes we can. 😄

I told her she couldn't have a cookie before lunch. The injustice of it all was too much to handle.

2yo: Momma, you are not my friend, dadda is my friend. Me: ok, go get him to make your lunch then.

How about we treat everyone the same, like the author said at the end. I'd be pissed if that happened at our daycare.

I gave all of Leisel's candy she got trick-or-treating at hyvee today to Clara. And by "gave to Clara" I mean ate it myself. #breastfeeding

Heavy on the parents.

2 am was made for poets, writers, parents, thinkers and fighters.

Things I want to do this weekend: sleep. Things the toddler and infant want to do: stay awake.
