Why do so many protestants believe God is constrained by our understanding of time and space? Why do they not believe you can pray for your deceased loved ones?

Social media has convinced way too many young men that their salvation hinges on their ability to debate apologetics. The funny thing is the only people who watch this are typically already Christian and they arent actually bringing new followers to Christ

My favorite thing that happens when he posts this every couple of months, is that if you reply and tell him he is wrong he simply says "I dont believe you." Thats fine, he is entitled to his opinion, but he also chooses to bury his head in the sand when presented with the truth

What is he so afraid of? Are his convictions that he is right so weak that he has to block or restrict anyone who will challenge him? Must be because he is afraid of being exposed as a grifter claiming to be a bible "scholar"
Why do Sola Scriptura protestants always say it doesnt mean "Scripture Only" but that scripture has the highest authority...then proceed to always ask the same question.."where is that in the bible?" Sola Scripture = Solo Scriptura in practice
