What's Going on with the MiSTer FPGA Project?
We ended up improving this further. Today, we finished validating SS1 v1.2 after two weeks of testing. I am confident in saying we have the best analog gaming platform. 5 analog video outputs + 4 analog audio outputs + HDMI, and all of them work simultaneously.
The current SS1 PCB rev. has a cool party trick. With a single default config, it can output analog video on all 5 connectors simultaneously (VGA, DIN10, RGB, YC, & CVBS). We spent the last month getting all of them to output reference quality analog video and we are almost done.
Users in Brazil are facing connectivity issues with MiSTer updaters and GitHub raw content servers in general. Many requests return HTTP 429 errors. For now, the only workaround is to use a VPN. Otherwise you'll have to wait for GitHub to fix the issue.
