New resource: I've compiled aptitude tests. Download here: drive.google.com/drive/folders/… These are used in job applications for finance, engineering, business, etc. Knowledge isn't above KS3 maths. This teaches pupils skills such as pattern spotting, reading data quickly, etc.

Fun fact: If you start with a solved Rubik's cube, pick a set of moves, and repeat them, they will eventually return the cube to it's solved state. (and yes, I did just tweet this, but now there is also a video!)
