Ironically, I instantaneously feel better about life, and especially the current moment, when I acknowledge that life is suffering Sharpen your mind


Pretty cool when a homie is going through something and you self-reference by sending your own tweet to advise on the situation and reframe the situation positively. Separately, it’s also great to be the guy that someone leans on and reaches out to. Always be there.


Lesser known likelihood for most weight lifters: -it’s easier to develop your arms after having developed a chest - than it is to develop a chest after developing arms - big arms, small chest is rushing yourself (town hall lvl 10 w level 5 walls)

Played golf at UofM today with a IDGAF attitude about my score, but with a focus on quality ball striking and game strategy. Strung together 5 pars in a row at one point. Shot my 2nd best round of the year. Care less, win more.


Just let yourself be happy. So important to be kind to yourself. It’s a switch. Flip it. Let go of expectations and just be. Chase purpose over happiness. Happiness is fleeting.

Movement is the cure to any malady I could ever have


Just start. Every person, business, X account started with an initial action, sale, post. Stay consistent and with time your creation will take its form. Never quit. Do pretend. Be delusional about your/your project’s inevitable success.


In a mental funk. Goes for run. Out of mental funk. Sweat. Breeze. Easy.


The key to success is asking what CAN I do for others, and not what can others do for me. ❌ What can I get out of this? ✅ How can I contribute to this? It is an honor to have this opportunity. This mindset leads to fulfillment, with success as the bonus cherry on top.


Are you fueled by positivity or negativity from others? Both are OK. I am fueled by both. Right now it’s ~7:30pm and my boy hits me with positive reinforcement. The love he showed got me off my ass. Now my runners are on to grind some miles out on the pavement. All love NZ.
