First marathon in the books this morning at the @VHMarathon! 3:33:49 chip time. Post-tropical storm provided some rain and wind, which was great 🙃. Last 10k was as tough as advertised. Looking forward to eventually walking up and down stairs normally again.

Reflecting back on a great weekend at @_SCAPPS 2022 in Montreal. First time back at SCAPPS (in-person) since 2015 in Edmonton. It was so nice to (re-)connect with mentors, colleagues, and students. Also... smoked meat and bagels. Already looking forward to Kingston next fall!
