In the licensed version of Mario Bros. for the PC-8801 home computer, known as "Punch Ball Mario Bros.", failing to get any coins during a bonus round results in this screen that simply says "Mario." over a picture of Mario being displayed.

17 years ago today, the Sports Shop room was released. It was originally released to be another spot to buy Clothes if the Gift Shop Room was full. Although over the year it got it's own unique Catalog, and even being used as a Secret Entrance for Special Penguins.
