So just to summarize, these guys plan to eliminate any subsidy to try and grow the US semiconductor industry, and also to tariff the shit out of any semiconductors we import. Do I have that right? Seems constructive; I don't think we really need semiconductors anyway.

It's one thing to share political speech - calls for peace, a Palestinian state, even divestiture. Those, while overly simplified, are fine. What isn't is calls for violence: calls to wipe Israel off the map "from the river to the sea," invitations for martyrdom amd terrorism.
