I was absolutely inspired by a presentation today by @WoodyZuill about @mobprogramming. Invaluable principles for effective #programming and any other work that needs to be done.
Awesome! We mob 100 prevent of the time and love it. However totally understand people experimenting with anything less than that. Run experiments, inspect, and adapt.
It’s different and exciting. It’s a solution to one the largest bottle necks in development; information sharing. I’m still undecided on the ratio between mob vs individual programming. But somewhere between 100% to 20% of the time in mob is /surprisingly/ not bad. I'm 100% now
