The most innovative Velocity-Based Training (VBT) available, the new MFX '25, designed for high performance results. No subscription fees required! All of the standard VBT metrics + the modern measures to support RFD, Force & Velocity Sequence, POP-100. Bar & Body utility!
In sports u only get about 200 milliseconds to show power. Thats why we measure PoP-200 w/ trap bar jumps..tells us how quickly an athlete can produce force the difference between jumping higher, sprinting faster or winning a first step. Strength matters but speed of force wins!
Cutting-edge force feedback without Force Plates ?? The Force Sequence, part of Enhanced VBT from MFX! Prepare for Impact: movefactorx.com/pages/coaches
I know many of you are Force! Force! Force! Secret: AVG V w/ your VBT is not offering much force insight. In fact, these 2 reps reported AVG V of 0.74 & 0.73. However, look at the @movefactorx Force Sequence, clearly delineates a difference of force production between the…

Primo example of the MFX Velocity (left) & Force (right) Sequence visuals identifying the higher performing rep. Look at the Blue. AVG V was 0.74 / 0.73 PK V was 1.25 / 1.22 Concentric only data does not distinguish rep quality. Elastic Index 100 was 3.24 / 4.98 (blue)! 👈👍

Don’t be limited to VBT feedback in the rack. Do you want to prove out the weight room is transferring to athletic movement? Enter the smart Ballistic Ball X, instant velocity feedback to help you bridge that gap. movefactorx.com/pages/coach
"The trap bar jump at body weight (80kg) is honestly quite heavy. The maximum speed of 2.56m/s (rep 1) is impressive, but it drops off considerably for reps 2-3. Reflecting on it, considering the purpose, it might have been fine as an exercise for just 1 rep; I regret that I…
Movement Performance (energy): absorb + redirect + propulse. The Velocity Sequence instant visual is your indicator, focus on the Performance Zone (late ecc - early con)...0.2 secs & 0.4 secs of time, match the sporting task. < 1 oz of @movefactorx sensor on the waist does it!
Physical Therapy is getting objective. Functional power & velocity, standing chest throw. The ball with brains is the Ballistic Ball, a smart med ball that reports instant movement performance feedback @movefactorx
Are your athletes meeting critical performance demands within 0.2 - 0.4 seconds of time, the slivers of time when the sporting task is won and lost? Enhanced VBT, unlock explosive feedback: movefactorx.com/pages/coaches
Testing whole body movement performance with med ball VBT. “8-0-2” says Coach Ballistic Ball X peak velocity of 8.02 meters per second. movefactorx.com/pages/coach
Velocity Sequence tells the story — sharp late ecc into early con performance (even sharper minus ecc overload) The bottom of the V is the transition point. Programming strategy was basic/common sense. Focus was impacting Velocity Sequence zone. The big 1RM⬆️was a result, RFD.
1RM increase of 19% in 2 months. Today I was reminded of this '24 post👇- worth a read The 1RM is not interesting to me, but it helps highlight a point to many of you We didn't use Velocity Zones. We didn't use AVG V Focus was train the Velocity Sequence, turn the U into a V
Turn the U into a V! Amazing what is now available with < 1 oz of MFX movement performance feedback. (the instant performance visual Velocity Sequence displays for each rep)

340 to 405 lbs, that was Max's squat 1RM⬆️in under 8 weeks (Jan - Feb '24) I'm not a S&C Coach but I was asked by a local friend to help his son "optimize performance" His son, as a junior, just came off a state🏈championship, All State honors, committed to Stanford as a LB.…
Truth is, there are much lower cost options than a force plate to get at valuable vertical jump feedback. Truth is, force plate products are vulnerable. Truth is, motion capture sensor (IMU) & marker-less (video) are the future for value vertical jump application.
If your response to a force plate is “I can get a vertical jump with much cheaper options” screams you don’t have the first clue what a force plate brings to the table.
Is this becoming a macro trend within youth athletic development to emphasize rep/training quality ??👍 I've lived this in the VBT tech space, as our @movefactorx prompts the athlete for each rep. Quality reps = quality feedback. side note: nice to see a coach credit a coach
Inspired by @JoeyheronCSCS - Why every rep in our middle school strength sessions is now performed on the whistle Here’s why 👇
MFX on bar. "Achieving a maximum speed of 2.90m/s in trap bar jumps at half body weight (35kg) is quite a significant evolution. Many athletes are tapering in preparation for the National Sports Festival, so my physical condition is also improving (...we're training together)"
